The i-Monitor module provides a comprehensive and concise view of an institution's current risk position. This flexible tool allows you to monitor the heart beat of the institution on a daily bases from a loan and general ledger perspective. Once you define your desired KPI views, all underlying data is updated daily so no more cumbersome manual calculation and spreadsheet comparisons, it will all be handled for you within the system. The following are the different tools inside to the module that allows you to monitor your data;

• Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) is a tool that all can be configured to give a visual view of values, formula, and concentration inside your loan and general ledger data. You have the ability to set as many different concepts and values that are applicable to your institution. This tool has numerous different tools to make this very beneficial and rewarding to use such as

  • Ability to trend data

  • Values and calculations are updated daily

  • Indicators can be set to alarm you when values decline or reach a critical value

  • Graphical tools to display concepts created

  • Ability to create and manage complex formula such as ROE, ROA, Liquidity, etc.

• Loan Tables is a tool inside i-Monitor that allow you to view various different loan data that currently resides inside your institution. We have created 50 plus predefined reports that allow you to view information such as Loans by Risk Ratings, Loans by type, Loans by Branch, etc. These reports are not just standard static reports. Users can drill into the view to see down to an individual loan record and view the details of that individual loan. We have also given you a flexible to that allows you to build any type of report you can think of from your loan information.

• General Ledger Tables is a tool inside i-Monitor that allow you to view various reports over your General Ledger data. You also have the ability to drill down into these reports to the lowest level detail of your General Ledger.

• UBPR (Uniform Bank Performance Report) Tables is a tool inside i-Monitor that gives you concepts to view your data against from the UBPR. We have also give you the ability to compare your competitors and peers data against your own with the simple click of a button. This eliminates you from having to go out to the UBPR report and manually look up and calculate this data.

• Charts for Loans, General Ledger, and UBPR is tabs with inside of the i-Monitor tab that gives you a graphical representation of concepts from the Loan Tables, General Ledger Tables, and the UBPR Tables.
