Many third-party systems fail when it comes to integration. A recent study conducted by Norkom’s director of marketing, Rosemary Turley, clearly shows that companies have multiple systems working across different business lines. “Companies have good systems that can’t speak to each other,” Turley says. The study found that 42% of companies have no way to consolidate the data from their different systems, and many others could only consolidate data in certain areas.
